When you call us, we collect the information needed to schedule and complete a repair: your name, phone number, service address and a description of the appliance problem. This website does not use contact forms and does not ask you to create an account.
Contact and address details are used to schedule visits, dispatch technicians and follow up on completed work. We do not sell customer information and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run our phone and scheduling systems.
This site uses basic page analytics to understand which pages visitors read. Analytics data is aggregate and does not identify you personally.
